Cream of Mushroom Drumsticks

Here’s a simple, tasty recipe for those days when you’re overwhelmed and exhausted and just want dinner without having to work (much) for it.

 

Cream of Mushroom Drumsticks

Yield: 8-10 drumsticks

  • 8-10 chicken drumsticks
  • Half (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Smear cream of mushroom on drumsticks.
  3. Arrange drumsticks in large baking pan.
  4. Bake 40 minutes.
